Casey's Corner Food Review

Hotdog lovers rejoice!  Casey’s Corner in the Magic Kingdom reopened recently after a long closure.  Despite being Passholders for over 10 years we’ve never eaten here, so we stopped by to check it out.  Here’s what we ordered:

  • Chili-cheese All-Beef Hotdog
  • Chili-cheese fries
  • Corn dog nuggets
  • Baseball brownie

Chili-Cheese All-Beef Hotdog: $11.49

This hotdog comes with chili and shredded cheddar cheese on top.  The sides are your choice of french fries, a Cuties Mandarin or for a $2.00 upgrade you can get chili-cheese fries.  I don’t like hot dogs, so my mom tested this out for me 🙂

She said that this was a very delicious and quality hotdog.  She normally gets heartburn after eating hotdogs, so she was happy to report that this one didn’t cause any heartburn.  She said with the large hotdog and the chili, it was very filling.  A great choice for a meal to keep you going in the park.

Chili-Cheese Fries: $6.49

My dad and I don’t like hotdogs, so we opted for the chili-cheese fries.  These are the same yummy fries that you can get anywhere in Walt Disney World with chili and cheese on top.  Simple, but very delicious 🙂

On the menu in the mobile app, the picture for this showed shredded cheddar cheese on top, but we got plastic cheese instead.  We’re fans of plastic cheese, so we weren’t disappointed.

These aren’t considered an entrée, but it was very filling.  I will definitely be back to order this again.

Corn Dog Nuggets: $9.99

These are little bite-sized corn dogs.  They come with your choice of french fries or a Cuties Mandarin.  I got this meal for my daughter, but she only ate her fries (dipped in my chili and cheese).

My mom took these home with her and ate them for lunch the next day.  She said they were good, even reheated, but she wasn’t a fan of the sweetness of the outer breading.

Baseball Brownie: $4.29

We’re brownie lovers here, so we had to try this!  It is a very moist brownie with vanilla baseball-themed frosting on top.

It was very good and we would definitely buy this again.

Final Verdict:

Casey’s Corner is a great place to stop for a quick lunch or snack.  The hotdogs are excellent and the chili-cheese fries are great as well.  If you’re looking for a tasty brownie, Casey’s has you covered as well.
